Once you have place your order and booking is confirmed we will attend the property to carry out the service requested.

We will always make sure you are aware of our attendance in advance, and even if you have said no one will be present we will still knock or ring the bell anyway, and post our contact card so your know we have carried out the work. We will always carry ID of who we are and our company.

Once we have collected the relevant footage we will then start to put the footage together in the best possible way to showcase to the fullest your property. The footage will be be sent to you in an Email with a link for you to access and download the footage. If you require anything changed then please just contact us and we will be pleased to do so.
